VICTOR RIVAS RIVERS
Victor Rivas Rivers is an actor, an author and an advocate. A childhood survivor of domestic violence, Victor was able to break the cycle of violence and now serves as a regular speaker and spokesperson for the National Network to End Domestic Violence. Victor's memoir, A Private Family Matter, chronicles how, through the help of his community, Victor was able to move from being a rage-filled gang member to class president and eventually a champion for all those impacted by domestic violence.
