For Guests

Our new online pre-paid registration process for table captains and guests is designed to improve the Luncheon by decreasing the time commitment associated with being a table captain and improving the accuracy of our head count. With better data collection we can minimize our unoccupied seats and uneaten meals in order to maximize the grants given to area non-profits.
Guests are now responsible for reserving their seat through our online registration page. Pre-payment of the $125 required donation is obligatory. If applicable, guests can write in their table captain’s name when filling out the online form. After completing registration, guests will immediately receive an email confirmation that also serves as their tax receipt.
Corporate table registration will start in mid-March. Corporate table captains will be registered by WHWF staff, please email your contact info to info@whwfspokane.org. Corporate guest lists will continue to be managed by table captains. Guests should contact their table captain to confirm meal choice.
Of course! Guests may register individually through our Guest Registration page (opening March 14th).
Thank you! You may donate any additional funds either online while registering or at the Luncheon by filling out a donor form.
Yes! Our generous volunteers are critical to the success of the Luncheon. If you would like to help out before, during or after the event please email info@whwfspokane.org with your availability.
The doors open at 11:30am. Be sure to give yourself time to park and find your table before the program begins at 12:00pm. The program will conclude at 1:30pm.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email info@whwfspokane.org with the names of any guests you would like to sit with.
When completing the online registration form you may select between our two meal types for each guest. We offer a regular meal which will include meat, dairy and gluten or a vegetarian/gluten-free meal. If you need to change your selection after registering please email info@whwfspokane.org.
If you are at a corporate table, your organization has paid the minimum donation for you to attend; therefore, no donation is required. However, we welcome and greatly appreciate any additional donation you wish to contribute.
No ticket or confirmation is needed to be admitted to the event, but every guest needs to be registered and pre-paid. When you arrive, you will be provided with a name tag that displays your table number.
The Spokane Convention Center is located at 334 West Spokane Falls Boulevard. There are many nearby parking options including the Convention Center parking garage, the Davenport Grand parking garage and several pay lots within walking distance. Carpooling is always encouraged!
As the Annual Luncheon is a fundraiser, no refunds will be issued. All seat reservations are considered a donation to Women Helping Women Fund.

Table captains are no longer responsible for collecting and registering their guests’ contact information and meal choice. Table captains will need to register and pre-pay for themselves online, but can then focus on inviting their guests. View our Table Captain Kit for a visual representation of the process.

Table captains will be regularly emailed with their guest list starting in early April. You may always contact the WHWF office if you have questions between these updates, or if an expected guest is not listed at your table.
Thank you so much! We are so appreciative of your hard work in inviting guests to the Luncheon. You do not need to note that you will bring multiple tables to the Luncheon while registering, nor do your guests need to register in a different manner. Please simply ask your guests to write in your name as their table captain when they purchase their seat. As the registrations enter our system WHWF staff will group them into groups of 10 and starting in early April will send you a list of everyone who has registered at your table(s). At that time if you would like to rearrange the seating you may let WHWF staff know.
