Tickets are not pre-sold; guests are asked to give a minimum $125 donation at the event. 100% of donations will go to programs empowering local women and children.

Q: When should I arrive? When does the program end?
A: The doors open at 11:00am. Be sure to give yourself time to park and find your table before the program begins at 12:00pm. The program will conclude at 1:30pm.
Q: Do I need to bring a ticket or confirmation with me to get in?
A: No ticket or confirmation is needed to be admitted to the event, but every guest needs to be registered. When you arrive, you will be provided with a nametag that displays your table number.
Q: How do I get there and where do I park?
A: The Spokane Convention Center is located at 334 West Spokane Falls Boulevard. There are many nearby parking options including the Convention Center parking garage, the Davenport Grand parking garage and several pay lots within walking distance. Q: When/how do I make my contribution for the luncheon? Do you accept credit cards?
A: Your donation is accepted during the luncheon, usually preceding the keynote speaker. Your table captain will pass around forms for everyone to fill out. All forms of payment are accepted including cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. Your table captain will collect the forms and payment and turn them into a Women Helping Women Fund representative.
Q: I am at a corporate sponsored table. Do I need to donate?
A: If you are at a corporate table, your organization has paid the minimum donation for you to attend; therefore, no donation is required. However, we welcome and greatly appreciate any additional donation you wish to contribute.
Q: I have a special dietary need. How do I get a vegetarian or gluten-free meal?
A: We have two menu choices available: our standard meal and a vegetarian/gluten-free meal. Every guest will be provided a standard meal by default. If you would like a vegetarian/gluten-free meal, please let your table captain know, select it in your registration or email us at info@WHWFspokane.org.
Q: I don’t have a table captain. Can I register individually?
A: We recently added 100 more seats for individual registrants! Registration has re-opened until these seats are filled. If you would like to sit with a friend or at a particular table, please indicate that when you register.
Q: Is there anything taking place before or after the program?
A: There will be a raffle tickets being sold before the program begins. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. The Spa Basket, valued at $2700, has Botox Cosmetics, Massage Services, Facial and Manicure Gift Certificates, Skin Care, and more! With a value over $3900, the Home Basket includes a photo package, customized financial plan, Oil Painting by Tom Wakeley, Doggyland Gift Certificate.
